Hi, friend!

I’m Lauren- chaos coordinator of 2, certified macro and nutrition coach, certified personal trainer, and completely obsessed with helping women rediscover their health and best selves after kiddos.

I was able to go from a mom struggling with postpartum depression, debilitating anxiety, lack of self-esteem, and non-stop exhaustion to a life full of joy in everyday life, loving the person I saw in the mirror, and energy to keep up with my kids again. Once I discovered that this kind of life was possible (which I honestly thought it wasn’t!), I had no doubt that it was my mission in life to help other women realize what was possible for them.

If there is anything that I have learned in my health journey and through motherhood, it is that life is too short and time is the only thing we can’t get back so investing in yourself to become a better mom, wife, friend, colleague, etc is the absolute BEST form of self care that you can provide yourself with.

  • You will definitely get custom support in this program beginning with your personalized nutrition targets. You can absolutely post as many questions as you have in the slack channel for me to answer so you can get 1:1 support in a group environment. We will also have our weekly calls where you can ask live anything you are struggling or need help with so we can talk through it. If 1:1 support is important to you I recommend upgrading to the add on or inquiring about 1:1 coaching.

  • I totally get #momlife. Time can get the best of ya even on a slower day. No problem as you will continue to have access to the training so that you can catch up when you have some time. You can still join in on our weekly calls to listen in and learn from others questions on the weekly topic. If you can't make it to that either, all calls are recorded so you can rewatch.

  • This is such an individualized question as weight loss is completely dependent on your metabolic status. We will put a plan in place to repair your metabolism and have you well on your way to fat loss. There is one thing you can absolutely expect from a change up with nutrition though and that is body compositional changes. Imagine finally seeing body changes in the mirror and how your clothes fit!
