Hi! I’m Lauren!
I am a board certified holistic health practitioner, certified personal trainer, certified nutrition and macro coach, and mom of two with a passion for sharing the impact of taking a 360 degree view of all aspects of your health so you can (finally) feel normal again, navigate everyday mom stressors, and rebalance your hormones.
I was able to go from a mom struggling with postpartum depression, debilitating anxiety, lack of self-esteem, and non-stop exhaustion to a life full of pure joy in everyday life, loving the person I saw in the mirror, and energy to keep up with my kids again. If there is anything that I have learned in my health journey and through motherhood, it is that life is too short and time is the only thing we can’t get back so investing in yourself to become a better mom, wife, friend, colleague, etc is the absolute BEST form of self care that you can provide yourself with.
